I'm also wondering, does this include true meteor smashes? The ones that light your opponent on fire? Or is it just the attack, and not the variation of it?

try this. this is how i got it.


"- Hit with a wide variety of attacks. [I was told a great method to do
this, and it worked like a charm. Set your damage ratio to 0.5, then
pick a 2 min coin match (this is to avoid sudden death). Pick 2
characters, easiest with 2 human players. Use your 3 smash attacks (up,
down, forward), 5 air attacks (A, up+A, down+A, left+A, right+A), & 4
special moves (B, up+B, down+B, forward+B) on the other (non-moving)
player without killing him.
When the time runs out you should have this bonus. MAKE SURE you don't
use any moves other than the ones mentioned above.]"

it took me a few tries because I was using kirby but it does what it says
