Ugly endangered animals are screwed. (Cute baby penguins > Cassowary)

Lately, I've been thinking about some endangered species, and what may become of them. All those poor penguins and pandas... But then I realized not all endangered animals are cute!

The walrus is an threatened animal, but also, unfortunatly, an UGLY endangered animal. I'm always seeing these charities for penguins, movies about penguins, penguin plushies to help save the penguins, etc., but I have not once, in my 15 yars of existance, seen anyone passionatly advocating about the less-than-adorable walrus.

Let's face it: Ugly endangered animals, to put bluntly, may as well be bent over a toilet and skull-****ed by extinction.

The baby penguin there isn't looking too cute in my opinion but definitely cuter than the blue bird.

first off, you OUGHT to be extinct

secondly your right and most of the "do-gooders" in the world are just like the "emos" and "gays" of today...all they want is attation and they get it by either making a sob story...makign them slefs so diffrent that peopel cant ignore them, or support a false charity (such as the point you make about baby penguins)

One time I was a passenger in my friends car and she hit a deer. She got really mad at the deer for being in "her road" and she said it was ugly and not even cute as it was slowly passing away. Not cool, and many "do-gooders" are people who just want to live without guilt. I'm not gay (but woulnt care) or craving attention. I'm just not willing to pretend just because everyone else does.

I really never recall fund raisers for any specific animals. I always just see ones for protecting wildlife and land in general.

Oh oh! Wait! I've seen one for the Egyptian Tortoise-not exactly an attractive animal, and for elephants(but elephants are at least popular).
