1. In order to minimize online lag, no more than 2 Wii's will be able to battle each other online. To elaborate, Mario Strikers is a 4 player game, but the way that the online works is that you can only play either 1 on 1, or 2 on 2 using two players on each Wii. Smash Bros will work in the same way, except 4 player free-for-alls may still be possible as long as no more than 2 Wii's are connected.

2. Fighting Wire Frames will be replaced by the Mii's in your Mii channel.

I WILL BUMP THIS THREAD WHEN THE PREDICTIONS COME TRUE

Yes, because he is definitely the first person to suggest making it 1 on 1.

And the second idea won't happen.
Captain Sarcasms comment aside...

I think they are pretty good ideas; especially the second idea, i'm all for Mii's being incorperated into the game somewhere - but not used too much, maybe in just one mini-game or something.

You are missing the point. He is only suggesting that 2 systems are the maximum to eliminate lag. He is NOT saying that we should limit Brawl online to 1 v 1 or 2 v 2 only.

Your first idea seems plausible, and could well eliminate lag online, so I'm for it.

I also like your second idea. I can see Miis implemented into this game in some way, although I'm not sure if that way will be as characters, playable or unplayable. As a matter of fact, I could envisage a stage where the background is basically your created Miis...

Although I don't really want Miis in at all, I'd much rather them be playable/AT/whatever than to be the new Wire Frames, especially since I see the new purple puppet dudes replacing the wire frames rather nicely.

Miis don't really fit the bill for the wire frames. Not evil enough, for lack of a better term.

P.S. You're also definitely not the first one to come up with that idea.

I'm not so certain with Mii's being the new Wireframes and not an AT, because who would want to beat up themselves or friends? Yeah so I don't really like either idea because I don't really know how much lagging there will be with 4 Wii's. Unless they only use that for Worldwide battles.

Why take out four player completely? If you don't want to, then don't and just play 1v1s for less lag.

It'll still lag like hell even with suggestion #1 unless it is a perfect connection.

Simple solution: If there's a screen that lets you accept or refuse a match based on the connection; refuse everything that's not perfect.

Crap idea and crappier idea!

If the Xbox can play with up to what, 16 Xboxs at once, then I'm pretty sure that Nintendo could make the Wii not suck enough to handle 4 consoles at once.

As for the second one, I'm not sure where this idea about fighting Miis came from, nor am I sure why it's stuck. I'm not even sure what the friggin' point of a Mii is. It's a drawing of yourself. Big freakin' whoop. As for fighting them, OH BOY, I CAN FIGHT DEFORMED RENDERINGS OF HUMANS! THIS IS WAY BETTER THAN THE FIGHTING WIRE FRAMES HA HA HA! Except that'd destroy the point of the Fighting Polygons and Fighting Wire Frames altogether.

In short, your ideas are bad and you should feel bad.
