most of the AL melee players live in Hunstville. There are a couple in Birmingham including myself. i'm terrible at melee, but I'd come play with you if I had a car. Cheap will probably drive down there some time, his brother lives there i believe. There will be a couple of small melee tournaments around Alabama soon though, i believe. including one in tuscaloosa i think?
