you should come to this!
Haha, yeah. Ryan is mad chill, so glad he joined my frat + smashed with me and the others over at Purdue.

But yeah, I'd LOVE to come to this, but I now have a General Bio II class every Saturday afternoon.

"I'll see what I can do", that's all I can say for now... :(

yea donjuan no problem. SSB64 doubles might start around 3-4ish, followed by singles.

lol i just read matt's post.

Fireblaster, I hope your brother gets better. I hear you're pretty good.

Well.... life is cruel.

If I ever had a chance of going, it's gone now. A bunch more reasons came up why I can't go (Parents won't let me go by myself, but they won't travel with me either because they don't want to take the trip, unfair **** like this).

It sucks living in Connecticut where no one ever plays smash. I mean like, what, the only other Connecticut SSB player is who, Cort? -_-

Ooh good ****. Nice job winning and it's cool to see PC is playing 64.

I was just wondering, how did you find organizing a tourney AND also playing in it - not too hard to juggle? Any recommendations/problems you came across while setting up and getting this tourney running that might be key to know for anyone hosting their first tourney? Thanks

This was the first time I organized and ran a tournament that had BOTH melee and ssb. It isn't too hard to juggle, you just have to run everything according to schedule and be strict so you can finish things on time. I also got some help from the owners of the store and my friends. The only thing that was a little tough was playing in both games and constantly switching between them without warm up.

BTW, pc chris is a beast! LOL
He plays fox and was doing really good in singles and teams. Cactuar was pretty good too xP
Good job to megavolt and valoem who did good too even out of like a 1 year hiatus lol.

Thanks everybody for coming!

I'm going to try run another one sometime at the end of feburary. It will probably have both brawl and ssb.

Only certain melee matches were recorded. We were using Pakman's recording equipment and he had to leave before ssb singles started.

Next time I will bring my own vcr and tapes xP
