1) Well, they both are very situational, but Uair isn't bad.
2) It has plenty of uses, but I wouldn't say spam it like you would, say, Wolf's bair. It is definetely useful though.
3) I myself seem to use the Dtilt least just because Dsmash is just that much better in situations that the Dtilt would be used.
4) Dthrow > Dair > Repeat to 40%. Usually does the trick, but if that doesn't fit, I would just camp my head off (I AM NOT PROMOTING CAMPING!! IT IS THOUGHTS LIKE THAT THAT TURN THIS GAME BAD!!! DISREGARD MY ANSWER FOR THIS QUESTION!!!)
5) see first part of #4
6) Honestly, neither. Just walking and grabbing seems like the best way to make sure they don't get away until 40%, at least in my many, MANY experiences with it.
7)G-DUBBS
8) Ask someone else on this topic...
9) see #8
10) He is incredibly annoying to play against, and his SHDL along with his CG and high priority make for a powerful force.
11) Smash DI and Air Dodgin my friend...
12) That's another thing that makes Falco high on the tier list, he has evenly good skills in both ground and air. I say an even mix will do ya good...
13) It depends on the character you face, it's mostly situational...
14) Chillin, Chillin, Chillin, Chillin, and Chillin.
