Spacing is key. Generally, use your sword more and your grabs less in this matchup, making use of your aerials and tilts, as well as the jab to keep jiggs at bay. Choose your fsmashes wisely, you can easily get rested if you are baited into one. At low percents, fthrow to fsmash can be effective. After a while of practice i bet you'll agree that its fairly easy to pick jiggs apart with tipshot aerials and combos.. you just always have to keep in mind that he's dying to rest you, and be ready.

dash up to him and then measure a tipper and he'll probly be stunned from crouchcanceling, then ur range will be like ya son, then he cant rest

Jesus...ugh

Marth vs jigglypuff is odd, jigglypuff can handle marth in air if his spacing is off but marth's ground game is far better. Tricking di with grabs such as them expecting an f-throw and you b-throwing can easily set up for tippers. Marth can not vertical kill easily with his up-air so his up-tilt is key, it also guards against jigglypuff's air assault rather well.

Get a video please, advice like this isn't all that great.

Oh and whatever you do...save your 2ND JUMP WHEN OFF THE STAGE!! Can't stress that more. That obnoxious bubblegum is a pro of keeping you off the stage. But yeah like Blue said, a vid can really help. XD
