Track & Field

Track & Field is like one of the hardest sports to me. I just came from a meeting in Eastern Michigan College and did pretty good. And i was wondering does anybody on Smash Boards do track & field.
I do the:
-60's(6.30 secs)
-4 by 1 relay(Lew Wallace have 1 of the fastest time)
-4 by 4 relay

If you do track & field, place your time/distance, say the school you go to.

I don't do it, but I have a close friend who does. It's pretty hard looking.

I'll just stick to swimming.

I used to do it in my freshman/sophomore year. I would do 3200 m (don't remember my best time, but it wasn't that good, like 13-something minutes), and 1600 meters (around 6:30). Because I have gotten lazy during the past couple of years, I haven't practiced, so I'm much slower now.

EDIT: I would do 100m hurdles sometimes, too. Don't remember my times, though.

man you are fast! I used to do 100m in around 12.8 secs which was not bad, you seem a lot quicker. What is your 100 time?

I was in an all ages summer league when I was young. I don't remember that much about it, but I remember there was this one kid that always wore dinosaur clothes that was fast as hell.

I would do Track and Field if I wasn't so lazy after wrestling season, but lazyiness always beats me. I have a lot of friends on my school's team however.

It's Eastern Michigan University, not college.
I run track and field for college too. And I actually ran at the Eastern Michigan University Invitational last year during the outdoor season. So perhaps we've run against each other? I don't do indoor though. And I'm not gonna say what school I go to, lol.

My best times:
100 meter: 10.8
400 meter: 49.7
400 hurdles: 55.0

1 mile: 4:42

I don't run the mile for my team though, I just do that in the summer for fun.

Our school had a Track team back in '08, but now there is none.

However, i took Track in '08, and sucked, but had alot of fun.

I throw stuff for my track & field team. :D There hasn't been a meet yet this season so all my PRs are for last year. (9th grade and meets only)

Shotput: 28'-10" 12lbs. (my next throw after this one was faulted but it would've been my PR. It was 29'-3")
Discus: 72'-1' 1.5? kilo (not to sure on weight tbh)
Javelin: 83' (my form sucks at jav DX)

irritated with hamstring problems i finally figured out how to run the 400 and plan to move up in rank.
ill finally get to run next week hopefully...
