I agree, I was really excited at first but the name is getting to me. As Naoshi said it's possible he could have forgotten the official name, maybe. But I think right now we should wait for another stage before we get too excited.
But then... what is this thread for? I don't mean to sound rude, but for those of us without access to an exclusive group, it's nice being able to follow along with other people's speculation and see how it aligns with our own. I like that it becomes sort of a time capsule to look back on after the leak either pans out or falls through. Soon there won't be anything left to speculate over anyway, and I'm honestly kind of going to miss it. For now at least, cutting discussion off might be jumping the gun - it's not like we're in the chaos zone quite yet. That said, if it DOES turn into a loop of people screaming at each other than of course my opinion would change.Just one thing before people start going cray-cray. And I apologize for the mini-modding now...
This thread isn't really for discussing this thing's validity. I only say this because I've personally rather enjoyed having discussion of leak validity be isolated to a private group. Things usually get rather... sour... when it's discussed more publicly.

I think he just needs to get the more obscure stages, such as Green House, and especially Endless Ocean right, to help its validity.
While I wouldnt mind if this was true, I always get leery about authenticity when someone goes "I'm the Tower of Smash leaker!"
The stage is called "Gamer", i.e., the one specific mini-game shown, so I wouldn't get your hopes up. Regardless of the name, I don't think Game & Wario was an unlikely enough stage to help this thing's credibility anyway.
I'm giving it 3 stages/features reveal. With the Game & Wario stage revealed, now I'm just waiting for 2 more PotD that supports this rumor before i start getting hyped!
There's still the Omega version. I hope that 5-Volt still make apearances during the Final Destination form. It just need to remove the book that act as a plateform, and the damages if spotted by 5-volt, and the stage can look fun competitively.
Another thing is, its entirely possible he just added stuff of his own, with real stuff, just to try and hype people up. Its possible the only things that are legit from him are the just the stages and Tower of Smash, or just one of those things. Remember when the ESRB leaker claimed IC, Snake, Wolf, and Lucas were dlc, yet he lied about that? Its possible this leaker is doing that with the 5 aforementioned characters.

There's no solid reason to believe that he is. It's not like he's being immature and referring to himself as the MFing leaker.
Isn't that what people said about doctor mario and dark pit?
Why is it so inconcievable that Sakurai could put in a highly requested character whose fanbase he kinda dragged along on a painful run of speculation for over a year without confirming anything? I wonder that every time someone makes this point. Yes, Sakurai admitted once he didn't see Ridley as playable, but he said the same about Villager. And we know how that turned out.

literally every leak with ridley in it has been proven fake, just going along with the patterns. if it turns out to be true i will gladly admit i am wrong and take the beatings that i will deserve
See, I don't think that Sakurai would let things be dictated by solely the CSS. He can just resize however her needs to, like it did already in this game.
The all unlock statement isn't all that bizarre. I mean think about it. By the time the WiiU Smash is out, Sakurai would have revealed all of the secret characters, thus making unlocking them pointless, as its no longer going to be a surprise for almost anyone, as everyone will have had the 3ds version for 2 months. Also, why lie about that? Lastly, considering nowadays almost every fighting game has all characters and stages unlocked from the get go, its not a shock Smash would follow this trend, especially if what they want is for this to be more appealing to the competitive crowd.
