So the venue is CONFIRMED!!! for Pierce College at Ft. Steialcoom the building is the olympic building room 202. Don't worry about parking since it's a saturday they don't care about any type of tab, though i caution you guys to not park in a handicap spot that's all on you x_X.

P.S. the numbers next to the people are confirmed to come they just don't have a smashtag. Just the ones in uncofirmed are just exactly what they are unconfirmed for example i have 3-5 more unconfirmed but i put that in uncomfirmed.

P.S.S. As far as i know it's pretty much closer to 25confirmed so far with about 10 more maybes. I've had 2 other people go through the numbers with me and talked to quite a bit of contacts to get closer to a real number but that seems to be the number atm if people were wondering. Im still trying to confirm the setup situation but here's where it stands that i nkow of right now, if you got anything i missed in counting people or set ups plz post it on this thread.

If ANYONE is worried about losing anything we will have a checkout station when you go to register so we can TRY to make sure everyone leaves with what they come in with i.e. controllers, tv, melee game, power strips etc.

I would like to add more to that list above cuz you can never have too many extra set ups especially for melee <3



Registration starts at eleven. I got the room from 11-6:30 so hopefully most of you come early, i think the first 30-45 mins will be registering, friendlies, mm's, but we have to start the tourney no later then 12!!!. If we want to get every tournament in.

If your in the tournament (though stations will be reserved for tourney use first then anything else, so if one is free then you may use it but you may be asked to get up so a tourney match can take place) with that said....

Setups

We're going to need tvs, cubes/wii's, melee disc, and power strips. (BYOC bring your own controller) as well.

Also bringing vcrs, and vhs tapes are encouraged!!!

I'd like everyone to post if they can bring any or all of these and i'll add it to the main page so i have a general idea of how many we got.

i was planning on a weekend preferable one of the last 2 weeks of november but it can be moved up or down depending on if there's a large volume that can make it one weekend then another *and im sure we can make a bigger one for december* if combo status and the rest of them don't host a tourney like the dan3 (btw i enjoyed the dan2 seriously should do another imo). i'll start making a list of peeps who's confirmed and not confirmed probably closer to the weekend when more news gets out
