Tournament cancelled because of host's problems, and the participants carlessness.

The way this tournament will run, is at the start of the tournament, I will post multiple matches based on the number of players and participants we have. All matchups will be completely at random, from me randomly choosing the players names, and pairing up matchups. The same random system will be ongoing for each stage chosen for each match. Stages chosen do not have to be used among agreement of the players. After the listed rounds are all completed, the players will be ranked by there win-loss record, and the game will go into a playoff seeding bracket. If there are any questions, feel free to ask by posting here. Keep in mind, this is all in just good fun. Unfortunately, there aren't any prizes. Hope everyone enjoys and has fun! Good luck!

Metaknights Infinite Cape Glitch is banned
Chain Grabs must end after 200%
If lag is a serious issue, then the match will result in a tie.
The matches will consist of best of 3.
Stages will be determined by random drawings (same as pairing) and will be posted next to the matches.

I think something I may change though in advance, is the whole "swiss" fashion. But it'll still be semi-swiss. I wish I could find a way to explain what I mean better... haha.

Ah now I understand that whole swiss ordeal. It looks interesting and is quite different from the average tournament. I truly hope this is a success.

I could do it that way, but I'd rather not go into the wait for everyone to finish the round, then post another. I'd rather do it this way personally. I think I'll host another tournament for swiss setup instead. But this will be semi-swiss, I suppose.
