Too many made up enemies

The Goomba's are official now as they were seen one the videos(I forget which). They're and apparently as pathetic as ever. Also some other enemies were seen being annhilated by Sonic's Spindash but I'm unsure if they are Primid or Nintendo.

But they ARE Nintendo characters!

See, the moment Sakurai anounced these characters to apear in Brawl they became Nintendo charcters:p
