Old School Toonami was the main thing I watched. It had the best action animated shows. Gundam series, Outlaw Star, DBZ, Reboot, and a whole lot more. Those episodes of dragonball when goku and krillen were training for the martial arts tournament inspired me to take a martial art so I could compete in a tournament. You could say the thing with other shows, for example; Gundam could inspire a person to join the military, or become and engineer, or Batman could inspire someone to become an Firefighter and help save lives.

The promos for Toonami were awsome: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RYUM7h4SVsA&feature=related

I mean just going on youtube and looking at all the promos made me want to go back in time to my 4th grade year.

I also enjoyed Disney shows such as the Weekenders, and Pepper

Basicly all the old school shows such a Dexter and Freakazoid. I could go on, but im gonna stop now.

Oh man I loved Duck Tales...the others..not so much love :)
Now do any of you remember Samurai Pizza Cats ?! I loved that show to death and the wonderfully corny Megaman show or Mighty Max? or wait...Eek? All those and more that I refrain from mentioning due to how long it would take me to type?
The 90's were a gold mine for cartoons...I miss Pepper Ann and Doug :(

New School TV sucks so hard. The Boomerang channel is my best friend for all my old Cartoon Network favorites.

I like this thread. It brings back all the good memories I had watching TV when I was little.
I don't even watch TV anymore, and I if I ever do, it's an hour or less.

I remember every single one of them, even Clarissa Explains It All.....

The only one I liked was Power Rangers though.
Even though I liked Ducktales, it was only on on Disney Channel, which I didn't have, or at like 6 in the morning, so I don't remember watching the series, but I remember the films.

I also have to mention how I hate that everything is on cable nowadays. To see all the good old stuff or all the (rare) good new stuff requires funds I can't spare, I miss when everything came on regular old broadcast television at stupid hours in the morning.
I remember being around 7 and getting up at 5;30 to watch two stupid dogs on channel 9.

LAAAMBCHOOP'S PLAYYY ALONG!

Anyone remember? I was also bored the other day looking on youtube and found the opening and closing movies for Sesame Street in 1993... good stuff!

opening
end credits

Seeing those sent me on a youtube spiral, where I found a ton of old shows I used to watch.

Cartoon Network had a bit of a lineup going when I was but a wee lad. It was the early '90s, possibly '94, and it came on sometime in the early afternoon.

It had:

The Pirates of Dark Water -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pUCSsAo638

SWAT KATS -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K_AdxJWFUh4

GODZILLA -- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTItRfN-LO8

And possibly either the Herculoids or Scooby Doo, but those were the main 3 that I remember just being an hour and a half of EPIC WIN. It was this time during my life, when all I did was watch cartoons, that shaped who I would become today...
