By default, new names are at the top.
That is the PROBLEM.

This puts them at the bottom.

If you are talking about it in general, you can download character edits at www.brawlvault.net If you are talking about /adding/ characters to the Proejct M Demo, you cannot. Either way, it is not related to the topic at hand.
