Timing on Flash Shortens and Waveland out of Blaster

I cannot consistently with either of these, just wanna know what I can do to help, and what timings I should be aiming for. Thanks!

Just airdodge down for wavelanding with laser.

Just mash b when you side b for the short cancel. It's almost brainless in being able to side b cancel in PM. It's tough as balls in brawl.

flash shortens are easier in brawl, lol. buffer helps.

for practicing your shortens i'd recommend going to skyloft and doing the flashwalk (hold down on the slope you'll see what i mean) until you're more consistent

waveland blasters aren't very difficult, try to time the waveland right after the blast leaves the gun. then practice forwards, backwards, and in place, just like any normal waveland.

I can't flash cancel in brawl consistently. It's effortless for me to do in PM.

eh you're probably right

i thought it was harder in PM when i first re-learned it coming from Brawl, but i dunno if i could do them in vanilla anymore anyways
