Kellam is a great unit in concept, and while the execution is well done and funny, I feel like they sacrificed an entire character to a cheap gag.

Although considering I legitimately forget he exists and never used him (except to breed myself a Laurent, which was equally underwhelming - no offense, Laurent fans!), I guess their intent was a success?

If I recall, there is a support that reveals the entire reason for the gag, but I can't remember which one.

Basically, he was a selfish and hated sharing while growing up in a large, poor family and so his family started ignoring him because of how greedy he got.

I liked Kellam a lot on my first run, but now, aside from the gag, I kind of forget about him a lot. I wouldn't say I hate him- he's just there. I married him to Cordelia, and their Severa has served me decently.

Gregor!Laurent as a Sorcerer, though...

Actually, that reminds me of my one beef with Kellam- the lack of variety in his epilogues. At least it makes his epilogue with Robin heartwarming, though, even if hers is also cut and paste.

Considering I married him to Miriel in my playthrough, I can't possibly imagine that.

She'd have a slide ruler and chemical thimble on hand at all times.
