Saw that. So painful to watch. Not because of the game, but because of his whining.

If you are bad at a fighter, you are going to suffer against spam. Not saying Palutena is bad, but nowhere near as good as he makes her out to be. Mega Man VS Palutena is probably an awful match for the blue bomber, but there are plenty of average to good Japanese Mega Man players beating the equivalent Palutena players just fine. Reflectors don't mean your projectiles are useless. Just need to be smart about it.

Maximilian does not do Smash well. He's always been about SF style fighters, so no surprise.

Ha ha. Max is still awesome, though. To that I agree. An absolute monster at KI.

With heavyweights in particular, your success is more read-based than any other character. You have to compensate for those extra frames somehow.

Ditto. Basilio is awesome. I would have married him in a heart beat. Nothing against Chrom- his kids are nice- but Basilio is Basilio.

Speaking of Basilio, I'm still peeved that we can't S-Support him and Flavia. Did I miss a line about them being related?

Actually, he is remembered if you don't marry him to anyone! ...It just takes Chrom and the gang several years to realize that he's missing. :(

I really liked the lines the units in Awakening use if they are aided in battle. I hope it's expanded upon next game.

For example, if your ally responded to your victory, or your death, after the main unit's lines.

Example upon victory:
Gregor: Gregor deserve bonus! *Rubs chin*
Severa: Stop looking at me, idiot! *Crosses arms and pouts*
Vaike: Anything for a fan! *Thumbs up*
Stahl: Great work, buddy! *Fist pump*

Upon death:
Robin: My tactics... have failed...
Donnel: I wish I was stronger... Sorry, partner.
Henry: Hyuk hyuk! That was awesome!
Tharja: ... Excellent.

Can also have responses for level ups (both Lvl and weapon ranks) or after a defence (like dusting themselves off).

Better than just waddling around after a fight. :185:

The three main characters do seem to have the best ones, though.

As for other lines, I liked Maribelle's "I'm by your side." before battle and Severa's "Wipe that smile off!" after a defence.

I'm sad that Chrom is in Robin's victory pose and doesn't seem to say ""Thanks, friend."

Also, I hope that Lucina says, "Whatever it takes" as one of her taunts. One of her Japanese taunts sounds like it (audibly, not as a translation).
