Eh, it was me mostly almost ragequitting, almost... but not quite (HA! See what I did there?) and every so often, and this happens with everyone I play against, my controller doesn't want to do what I want it to, so there's that.

You play very well so there is nothing wrong there but I will go ahead and point out that Rosalina is THE cheapest character in the game, though.

One things for certain, I will win one match against you one of these days, haha!

You've beaten my Kirby with Bowser(not sure if it counts since I haven't been using him for a long time...only 2 weeks).

I just had to see if you'd get mad over Rosie. Don't use her very often because her fanbase(Smashboards mains)can't take an opinion at all...like ever. A group of mains that annoys me de-ranks a character is not my motto, but a way of life(not really).

Maybe the only way you'll win against Pit...is to play Pit(I just advertised a fictional character...)

You were certainly right that Rosie was going to anger me; and really? The Rosie mains get mad when we criticize anything about her? Even if we criticize some of the moves she has me and others are certain are cheap?

And yeah, Rosalina mains get mad with anything negative. Say Luma is annoying, uair is broken, she's op anything, and they'll say the stupidest of things until either you quit or they force you to agree. It's like a Rosalina and Luma Cult

Anyway, thanks to the awesome Nah Nah I got a chance to play the Tri Force Heroes demo, so I figured I'd give it a little mini review of sorts. More accurately it will be my first impressions of the game

First and foremost, the game looks very nice! I'm digging the visual style so far. The three mini dungeons were all very cool and diverse in visual design. Gameplay wise, they all felt like very nice samplings of what the full game will bring, not just a bunch of easy-peasy tutorial levels, but some nice decently in depth mini dungeons! I'm already super stoked to see what other kinds of puzzles they have cooking for this three-player dynamic! Speaking of which, let's talk co-op!

The three players system was the area that I had the most interest and the most apprehension for. We all know what some people can be like in online videogame settings. Now I only got a chance to play with two groups, but both sessions actually went quite smoothly. Now of course that will all depend on what kind of players you get, but my experience was pretty positive. Hopefully though there will be a good system in place to deal with any trolls who just try to screw the party over. All in all though my gameplay experience was super fun, and I'm already hyped for more!

The player "chat" system (basically it's just a handful of icons with different actions such as "Over Here!" or "Item!" and such) is a very nice feature, but I feel that they need to add a few more icons for certain situations, as it can be challenging to properly communicate and coordinate with your party members. Obviously cooperation is tantamount to the whole architecture of the gameplay, so cases such as trying to get one of your party members to stand here, throw a bomb, then have another party member blow that bomb towards a distant switch can be challenging. Again I had two pretty good groups, but once more your mileage will vary based on what kind of people you're playing with. Speaking of which, the Health system. Having all three players share a health meter is nice for deterring people from trying to kill other party members, one accidental throw in the totem formation can send two players falling to their dooms, taking 2 hearts with them, or if a boss manages to corner all three of you you're practically dead. It's a double edged sword, but the good outweighs the bad in my opinion. That's also the reason I like using the Zelda's Legendary Dress (which has a passive bonus of making more hearts appear)! Which brings me to my next point, the costume system!

The costumes are one of my favorite parts about this game so far! Not only does it allow for some nice variety and uniqueness between players, but the different bonuses you get from each also add a nice bit of depth and strategy to your party. While not huge gameplay changers, they are a very nice touch nonetheless. Also because seeing Link dress up in a bunch of different costumes is hilariously awesome! Last but not least, internet connection! Fortunately, I only had a few small hiccups towards the end of my first session, but other than that it played really well! Again, another case of "your results may vary" but so far the connection seemed pretty solid.

All in all, I had a lot of fun with this demo, and I already can't wait for the final release!

Tbh most people don't take it well when you disagree with them on stuff about their main(s), especially when most people also tend to overrate or underrate their mains. I can see why Rosie mains in particular would get like that since she gets more flak than even :4sonic: does these days and they're probably tired of it. It is true that Luma is bonkers and her Uair is ridic and they need to accept that, though at the same time she's really not OP/braindead (though I guess what one considers braindead will vary, the only character I felt like was ever truly braindead was hoohah Diddy, though maybe a couple of other characters come close), and I feel like a lot of hate just comes from people not liking more defensive playstyles because for some reason getting slaughtered by dumb :4sheik::4mario::4luigi: combos is better than someone walling you out. Because that totes makes sense.

She gets more flak because the ones who back up Rosa, they say things like "**** you ya stupid piece of ****" or "get good because if you can't beat Rosaluma, you suck" and so on. Sonic mains(the ones who are actually good)don't say stuff like that or act like a buncha jokahs. Guess if you're one of the cool guys/girls(the top tier squad), you're gonna talk crap so ya don't feel like a jerk or something..

This is why Pit/Robin/Duck Hunt/Ryu mains seem to be the only sane ones these days(maybe Zelda mains to but idk...and Gannon mains are just nuts).

LMAO I'm a Falco main and I'm not sad I'm just repenting for my character's sins. Also been playing him for years so there's that.
