• Rookie Lawyer: Already covered by Apollo. Instead of creating a new story, continue the one left hanging.
• Assisstant With Very Similar Personality To Maya: Remember Trucy? Phoenix's daughter? The 2nd least important character in the game? She could have filled Athena's shoes nicely.
• Cool Power: Reading emotions. Isn't that part of a magician's shtick? Again, Trucy could have done it.
• Very Similar Backstory To A Certain Character: Y'know the one. Couldn't they try something new?

This is just my opinion, so feel free to disagree, but my thoughts ain't changing any time soon.

Reminder again I still haven't played the original trilogy OR Apollo Justice, so I actually have NO idea what you're talking about.

No no, it's a good game. The trilogy runs circles around it though, and so does AJ, in my opinion.

If the original trilogy was that great, I might have to book a premeditated trip to the hospital when I pass out from how great they are. Because I enjoyed every second of Dual Destinies as is.

Well, it's my opinion. I can see why people don't like about AJ, but the positives outweigh the negatives to me.
Especially Ema actually growing up realistically from her appearence in the first game. I liked that.

Speaking of Ace Attorney's music, Great Ace Attorney's is awesome too. I really love it's Pursuit theme.

@ Kenith : Get the Trilogy on the 3DS. Trust me, you won't regret playing it. These are some of the best games that I've played.

Changing the voices of characters is another thing but it's more or less the same as custom music, yeah.

I pretty much did this until my girlfriend lent me both AJ and MEI last year, I honestly feel I was better off not playing either as I didn't care for them (especially not AJ).
Since I have a phone now, I finally decided to download the english version of Genealogy of the Holy War, we'll see how that goes during my train travels.
