The only three I think even qualify are Little Mac, Isaac and Saki. Personally I would only care about Little Mac. There are still a bunch of characters who didn't even make assist trophy that I'd rather see though.

Basically, Isaac and Lyn are the only big ones for me. Ray would've been neat I suppose, since Custom Robo was an okay game. Samurai Goroh was probably the most deserving F-Zero candidate after Captain Falcon, but I don't really care about him personally. None of the Pokèmon qualify - that series got plenty as-is, and if it were to get another character, it would have to be Mewtwo.
