Hey all
I agree with some of the points that many have brought up in response to the final roster, but think about this. There are probably thousands of people praising this game because they have all of their dream characters in. I was a little disappointed, as my top 3 for Brawl didn't make it in (Megaman, Isaac, Geno), but if any one of those characters had been in I would have deemed this game perfect. I'm sure many others are the same in regards to this. But just because the roster isn't perfect doesn't make the game's playability detracted from. SSBM is a prime example for this.
My thought on the disappointment of the roster is that it would have been greatly reduced if this scenario were true. What if Sakurai ONLY released character information on the veteran characters? Also what if he kept secret information of some of the great features such as the stage builder? I think that the general response to the leak would have been the opposite. I think that most of the threads on boards would look like this:

Think about it. Of course there would be some that would be disappointed, but the general hype from the leaked information would make short work of that.
This thread is directed at those who feel greatly disappointed towards Super Smash Bros. Brawl because of the game's roster. Any thoughts are welcome. Thanks
