TheSpeedGamers 72-Hour Metal Gear Marathon Starting June 19th

TheSpeedGamers are back again, this time with a Metal Gear marathon. This marathon will not be for charity. It starts tomorrow at 6pm CST and will last for 72 hours.

Metal Gear Solid
Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots

Their next marathon will be Final Fantasy, will last for 7 days, and will be a charity event.

So I'm guessing they're going to skip all the cutscenes so they can actually do it in 72 hours?

LOL. They're not THAT long. At least you can skip them unlike most of the FF games.

On the site it says they will show the cutscenes, as they are a big part of the games.

Yes, they are showing them because they want people to get the full story.

Well I guess if they can get it down to a 3 hour run for each game the cutscenes will only increase it to about 8-12 hours or so depending on the game.

Wow, 26 hours and they only have 2 games to go. They'll be done with the marathon by tomorrow morning.
