Actually Geno has more chance that Bowser Jr. since he scored high on the poll and Bowser Jr. wasn't even on the poll.

You're spending your time insulting people you disagree with on the internet. You have no place using the stale insult of "you has no lifes".

And in knowing that they keep fixing his smashwiki, you'd have to be one of the people spending their time UNfixing it. Once again, you have no place insulting others.

Also, incorrect - I correct those who prey on Geno fans purely for being Geno fans. Those like you, who have nothing better to do than insult others on the internet.




Oh and the term "agressive"? People like cecilbartz give Geno fans no choice BUT to be "agressive". That's the only way to keep haters like him from bringing down the overall intelligence of the board.

I posted a comment about why I hate Geno, you're the one replying to it, in hopes of making an argument come up, is not my fault you felt alluded by it, now go back to fixing his smashwiki profile... *******! Oh, that's a good one - keep on thinking that you actually have any opinion about the character itself. Yeah, it's TOTALLY not about the fans alone. Absolutely not ONLY about the fans. Not at all. Nope.

First of all we have no idea why Sakurai chose the letters on the poll, he could have chosen them because he liked how they were written, he could have chosen them because he thought they would be a good AT or Pokeball (Koopa Troopa, Little Mac, Gardevoir) or it could be playable character, we don't know.
And Bowser Jr has many things that Geno does not, I'll list them.
  • Franchise Importance
  • Main character in several games
  • More than two apperances
  • Recognisablity to today's Mario Gamers

Geno has
  • Cult following (so does Crono :o)
  • Unique Moveset (EVERYBODY can have this)
  • Retro Appeal?
  • Third Party Status.

I don't like the character either. I think he is stupid, pathetic and lame. People seem to think he is "bad ***" or something because he's got like no emotions, not he isn't. He's boring and has very little personality, sure he has a backstory (a little bit anyway) but I think he's BORING.

Not 3rd-party. 2nd-and-a-half-party. All Nintendo would have to do is give mention of Square in the credits, and they're good to go.

He is third party because he is OWNED by a third party company. There is no such thing as "2nd-and-a-half-party" and it doesn't matter if Sakurai considers him second party because

One is third party and a minor character, the other is first party and a major character. I can see how their chances are equal. Just like Bubzy and Lucario have the same chance right?

Wow...what the hell is going on? I leave for thirty minutes, and walk right into a flamewar...why don't we get back on topic...*flameshield*...btw...the TC has a point, but it doesn't seem like an idea to base anything on...and it's not as bad as the characters in the clouds...

*sigh* I wish that Nintendo would quite shoving Sunshine down our throats... They should really start focusing on promoting Galaxy, which I got to try out for the first time today. It has Game of the Year written all over it.
(Of course, that prestigious title will more likely be awarded to Bioshock or Mass Effect... Ah well...)

He is owned by Square Enix though, it says so in the credits for M&LSS (The last source of his ownership) That makes him 3RD PARTY.

Whatever the heck you want to call it - point is, Nintendo can use him.

If they ask Square's permission and they give royalties to Square than yes they can.

I fail to see how Bowser Jr. is important to the franchise.

Super Mario Sunshine and New Super Mario Bros. Bowser Jr is the new second most recurring villain, expect to see a lot more of him in years to come.
