Hey, if Mother still has two reps, then F-Zero certainly deserves two. I certainly wish that Masked Man was also removed, he is minor, and in my limited knowledge, not as deserving as the already gone Lucas, who frankly I don't care to add back.
My assumption with Black Shadow is that he'd be given an even more Wolfified/Luigified version of Ganondorf's Brawl moveset, and Ganondorf given a spankin' new moveset with game inspiration as the King of Evil.
And on Fire Emblem, I still feel there are more important things as of now than getting a third Fire Emblem representative, or replacing Ike with this third rep, the most meritorious mascot of the series, Anna.
I won't do anything on Paper Mario, but his inclusion makes me squirm a little even though I love the series.
I'm glad that the two big bads (Ridley and K. Rool) are in in addition to Mewtwo.
I also do not approve of Pac-Man's inclusion, bleck, but again I feel more pressing matters.
Once per day or 24 hours, which is it?
I do not believe that a "only once every 24 hours" rule is stated. The first page says only once a day, if I read everything correct, and didn't misread anything. A day would be from 12:00am - 11:59pm, correct? I posted around 8 pm EST yesterday. Today I posted a little before 4 pm EST. Yes, that is only a difference of 20 hours, but I didn't see a 24 hour rule. So therefore, my post is valid. (Unless I overlooked a 24 hour rule) Nonetheless, it is past 24 hours anyway, and no one has posted since I posted, so there should be no problem.
For the record, whenever I post that you may post again, is when you may post again. I would be fine, however, if you post when it's midnight CST. Meaning around 10-15 minutes ago, whenever the time became became an O'clock for you, you could have posted again. Seriously though guys, 12:00am CST. Look at the time-stamp of this post and figure out what time that means for you.
