I know English isn't your first language, so I don't think the humor translated into your first language.

That site is a spoof of the many, many conspiracy theories that exist in America, such as the 9/11 conspiracy theory. A spoof is when you make fun of something by imitating it.

For instance, the melting theory shows that this is funny, as does this image.

As for Ice not breaking steal, it doesn't have to break the steel. It only has to bend it the way the Titanic was designed. Once the metal is bent, water leaks in and floods the ship.

If you want I could go through and pick apart why each thing he brought up is not a valid point.
