How does it take more than eleven minutes? I make mine in, like, five. I use the site ipiccy,com. They have a vector mask feature which allows you to crop out any photo in two minutes (less if you use the program a lot). Then I just create an icon using the built-in one found in the Roster Maker.

I haven't posted on here in years but I've still been making icons just for myself and I know my old archive is long dead so I'm slowly working to re-upload all of the icons I remember making, although the key word is remember. If I accidentally uploaded an image someone else made please let me know so I can credit them. I won't take the icon down unless the creator wants me to just for the sake of preserving them. nice to see that peoples are still using this trinket. It's been a couple of years since I've logged in, especially because my life has...well, risen like an air balloon (which includes being, well, super busy), but I'll be updating my archive ASAP. I can't do it now, but in a week my new PC arrives.
updating especially goes for the broken images in my archive that date 4-5 years old. I'm especially excited to update my Disney images for all the Princesses in WiR2 and that we've gone from 9 to 27+ Love Live girls since I made the icons.
edit: glorious! Nice to see that I'm not the only one that has returned here after not being on the boards in years.
