because of the extremely small amount of footage of the project, i couldn't really get decent-looking shots of magus or frog

I remember a while ago someone asked how to change the default icon for characters that come with the roster (eg to make Lyn's assist trophy icon the default rather than her FE7 concept art), and so far as I am aware no one ever figured it out (although I did disappear for a while not long after so maybe someone did). For characters not in the roster by default (eg Shrek) this is as easy as changing the number after the icon, but with Lyn doing that would still show the original default (FE7 version) icon in the program. I prefer 3D icons, so for games like Pokemon, Fire Emblem, Skyward Sword I would rather have 3D icons from Smash Bros trophies, Pokken, Hyrule Warroirs, or fan-renders that the official artwork, and now I've figured out how to make them the defaults.

In the roster maker program folder there is a folder named properties. In it are the files "Changements_9.0" and "Changements_9.1" (back them up). They should look something like this.

grilles:Wii U/3DS;Brawl....and some more stuff thats not important to this.

Delete everything after "personages:" up to Zygarde. Make sure to keep one semi-colons (";") that were after Zygarde. It should now read.

Save the files. You can now simply reorder the default characters' icons in the same way as the ones you have added yourself, and even delete the default icons if you so wish.
Things to note:
Saved rosters, both yours and the default ones, are set to show "Iconexample (number). If you re-order the numbers you will need to go back and change any rosters that character appears in.
This shouldn't mess up the program if done properly, but make backups of both files before you modify them anyway.
This doesn't work with all of the default characters, only the ones that were added, changed, or had an alternate icon added in versions 9.0 or 9.1. (another good reason to keep backups - so you can check which characters will work properly before wasting time changing them to find out they don't.) I can't find where the older icons' info is stored, so I assume they're more heavily integrated into the program.

I have the same problem. Of course, the problem is, either the files expired or they were removed/deleted. TONS of Icons are not available anymore in this thread just because people mostly use imgur or tinypic.

Just a tip: You should all try and use postimage more often. The files there never expire and they can only be removed by copying a link at first posting. So that means it could be 2030 (if postimage is still an existent site) and the images could be downloaded. You don't have to use postimage, but I recommend it, especially so your files don't expire, and I really get annoyed when I want an icon and I can't download it. I'm sure other people do too, so that's why I recommend said site.

I deleted the images from my Imgur profile because someone else made them. That's why.

Nice job, but uh... *Whispers* The cropping is messed up.
Thankfully I was able to fix it using the template icon magic. Also I was looking for something more like what I made with my Maxwell / Lily icons. And since you did provide me with the character names on the bottom of the icon, I was able to make new ones.

I also made an icon for Maxwell using his Unlimited design and a series icon for Shovel Knight.
