There's a 95% chance it won't. But if you need to make a backup, just copy the folder into something else, so if it screws it up, you always have the other folder.

I tried Jakor's way,but before I could replace the .jar file,it said "This file type may harm your computer."

No, replacing the "jar" file will only impact the source code, not the icons or the database.

Like someone said, just copy the folder containing your icons in case some get overwrited in the update.

The character info is saved in the database, and is separate from the icons. So the info will remain even if the icons aren't found in the folder used.

Yes, I can assure you the "jar" file is safe. Some antivirus software can be overprotective, depending on your settings.

I think it would be cool if, in a future update, we got "pages", if you will, so that you could have one roster have multiple pages. So, for example. You could have Smash 4's official roster with alt. costumes, then flip the page to have AT's and bosses, then flip the page again to have Pokeball Pokemon. You could also have a scrollbar on the franchises list so you can have more custom franchises.

Also, templates for the background would be cool, maybe you could upload pictures of a certain size to set one. I don't know, food for thought, I guess.

I was going to wait for the release of the official artwork for SSB4 Mewtwo, but I'll just go ahead.

For months I've been working on my own Roster format. Here it is:

It covers the following games:

- All 5 official SSB games
- Project M
- Super Smash Flash 2
- Super Smash Bros. Crusade
- Super Smash Land
- Some of my wishes

I'm actually going towards a uniform and consistent design for all rosters:

- Doubled name boxes for no compression or cutting text
- Rounded boxes
- Icon art must be clean/clear as possible
- ALL must be using 3D models (with the exception of Weegee)
- No models from Smash 64 or Melee (unless they don't have any other 3D models)
- Characters with alts do follow some rules of mine to have an icon (which would explain why not all Project M alts are here)
- Icons don't have any Hex FFFFFF color and replaced with Hex F8F8F8 color.
- More smooth looking font

I can see myself doing some requests in this style, just don't go over board.

I had 208 icons in my program, but when I added a Nabbit icon, the number jumped up to 210. When I went to the Mario category, there were two Nabbits. The same thing happened when I searched, too. I tried closing it and removing Nabbit already.
