The top 10 characters make me *very* happy. I for one support Waluigi, as long as my big 4 get in. Also Isaac. I don't expect Takamaru to get anymore popularity at this point until he's revealed. It's going to be one of those "Who is *that*?" characters, and then everyone will be like "OMFG it's Samurai Jack!" and love him.

Aside from more voters (and really nice colors! :D), has anything really changed?

Well, Roy and Ghirahim are tied, so, we could see Roy move up, and then back down, and back and forth until one takes a strong lead. Dixie Kong as made it to the 200's mark, which is really still too little too late because most high 200's will be mid 300's by the next voting round. Not too much changes, and if it does I will see it being between K. Rool, Little Mac, and Ridley, and then of course the purples and blues have a large chance of changing. Mona fell behind Black Shadow? That's a definite change.

I'm excited to see what happens in this area though:

They're all so close to one another, and could at any point really, leap. Geno, Krystal, Shulk, Junior, Roy, and Ghirahim all have strong potential to move UP for varied reasons. While I see Krom, Zoroark, Pac-Man, and Palutena falling/staying in place.

But it's all chance, and I like it.

Well, it's personally reasons typically. My main non-personal reason is that there's no indication from them that the Durango won't be as anti-consumer as rumors say. The whole Oorthy thing was very douchey, and although I know he was fired, it seems they did that for "secret-leaking" reasons than anything.

That, and my personal reasons involve a vendetta against them for what they did to Rare. That's about it.

Edit: I don't mean to start an argument. Just answering Swamp's question here; let's not allow this to devolve. Please?

Why would you like them? Their tactics mostly consist of making the lives of people who don't support them crappy rather than making the lives of the people who do better (don't get me started on games for windows live).
They pay off developers so they can get early DLC and exclusives. That really means that they payed money so the other console would get things late or not at all. Plus developers say its hell trying to work with microsoft with things like expensive updates and such.

Waluigi is a pretty popular character outside of 4chan, just not insanely popular. Without 4chan, I think he would have ranked among the Top 15, but below that of Ghirahim and Bowser Jr.

I should have 1600 results soonish. Give it a couple days/week. I'm not out promoting much anymore simply because I'm busy irl, and my new poll is gonna kick this one's ass. I found out some bad news about the hosting site recently though. It closes polls every six months, so I'll have to have a version 1, and version 2. E3 - December for part one, and 2014 - E3 2014. Which is good because I don't think I'll have many 6th Gen characters to add until part 2. Right now I just have a placeholder that says "Sixth Generation Pokemin Trainer" and "Sixth Generation Pokemon"

Since Mewthree is just Mewtwo's new form, it will have no mention on my poll. Just like Dixie/Diddy Team up and Masked Link don't get their own spots. It's about characters, not movesets.

Lastly, I don't know when I'll be launching the Japanese poll, but I pretty much could do it at any point. Just need someone to take it to the Japanese boards for me. The translations are AOK at this point. May need a few more though.
