Even though .76 is awesome, DO NOT throw .71 away. It's much easier to rimlight in .71.

Eh. The shader interface is only a tidbit different. I actually rimlight faster in .76b.

Weider thing with Melee wolf for me is how his costumes are identical to Fox's, which is cute in concept but annoyin in terms of gameplay.... It's like if Mario got all Luigi's colors.

Yeah, but Edel hasn't updated the rimlight tutorial to accommodate the interface tweaks, so I just stick to .71. Besides, I've perfectly memorized how to do everything+delphino stage, and I can get something perfectly rimlit in around 10 minutes.

Are you still using the S3C model? My immediate thought it that the visibility bone of the glow object is incorrect.

Actually, I don't think the glow is mapped to a special bone. It's mostly a material and shaders thing. I located the shader that affects the material, and I changed it. Anyway, its mostly an experiment to see if the spec map can coexist with the glow map.

Edit: I think my materials are set up properly, since BBox displays the glow correctly. Looks like I need to mess with the shaders more.

Hey, NFMLH,2, is it possible for you to post these into a Dropbox folder? i find it difficult to download these all individually from smashboards and going between this thread and the smash 3C one is rather tedious. I apologize for my ignorance if you have already done so.

Wow. Just spent 2 1/2 hours recolouring the S3C mewtwo, jigglypuff hats for all the kirbies and the snake, falco and DK kirby hats for slots 06 and 07. But then, I'm not a photoshop expert so I stumbled quite a bit.

Hey so I've set up something useful for those who don't do as much Smash modding as some people here



This is the Smash 3C Pack, meant to be a patch to an existing regular build of Project M (or a build with little to no custom content). It contains nearly identical costumes to the original PM outfits wherever possible. This pack is a great starting point for further customization.

I think y'all are referring to the day I f*cked royally when I got trigger happy (those CSS icons) with the new renders (there were about 4 iirc) being found on a certain site. You can go look at them if you find it, you just cant grab them.

The Zora Armor used to be on the front page, but never got put back. The magic armor never had a proper render and the CSP is slightly different.
