Yeah, I can help make semi-alts for those characters. Also, you vertex hack by using advanced model editor with vertex view enabled. Also, Scourge won't be finished unless someone remaps the textures, I know he's not top priority, but some people want to use the costume, and I want to have it finished so people can enjoy it.
So you can help me?

I'd definitely help you with the Scourge issue, but I know nothing about texturing. I've been trying to get some advice on doing general recolors because I want to do some skins once the official Smash 3 is updated.

This better?
That looks miles better. I'd also suggest adding a little bit of red to his ball though since his spikes are a large part of him and are entirely red instead of the center spike only.

Yeah, I can help make Semi-alt style costumes, and fix any color issues, example: Mighty has classic shoes or has comic shoes and gloves, etc etc. Same with Amy and others. Just send me the files when you're ready.

@ Cahalan Cahalan You probably already know, but in case you don't, Waluigi's probably gonna be done in a month or so. I saw that you rimlit the old model, but I'd suggest waiting to work with the new one before you pass it off to anyone. :)

Looking good so far! I presume you found the import object feature? It's really fun. Also, those shoes might have to be redone texture-wise, they're kinda blury. I think there's an HD texture project for either SA1 or SA2, or you could just remake the texture. Let me know if you need any help.
Can you remake the shoe textures? Also, the shoes arent even rim lit and i think it can be improved by giving it spec maps.
Not only im working on the biker outfit but these 2: http://imgur.com/a/wf2E8

Looks good! I'm not really experienced with remaking textures, I can try to clean them up though. Also, if there is a rimlight shader, it's easy to set up the materials for rimlight. Also, I think I know a way to lower Scourge's file size, got to try it out first.

It's Sheik's enigmatic alter ego, Zelda! Zelda may have only appeared in one Zelda game, but she's been a mainstay of the Smash series ever since her debut in Melee. Along with her new textures, she's received new specs to make her dress have a subtle shine, just like the Smash 3 update will have. Some of her textures have also received a slight boost in resolution. She has received team colors as well as a color that more closely resembles the purple she wears in Ocarina of Time, Zelda's singular appearance in the Zelda series.

Anyone wanna smash3-ify Akuma?

Still optimizing the models (I have a long way to go with Akuma's other costumes), working on an actual rig, and working on materials, but the first one is pretty much good to go. I know most of you guys don't take requests, but whatever lol.

Wouldn't Akuma make more sense over Ganondorf than Falcon? Evil, purple attacks, phases through people, big stomp.

Or is it for a completely new moveset?

Akuma is a strong, fast character. Aside from the purple, I never really understood why people put Akuma over Ganon.

Hey, I don't know you at all, but I wanted to tell you that I loved your work on this iteration of Zelda. I didn't think I'd like a Smash 3-ified version of an already very colorful alt, but the subtle touches that you added make this a really stand out addition to anyone's Smash 3 build.

(But I actually just wanted to tell you that I laughed at the end of the BV imgur album.)

What model do you prefer?
Brawl Sonic, of course! Never mind that the more recent (and terrible) installments of the franchise have made him lankier and lankier. Though Brawl got his color wrong, his proportions are spot-on. I intend to learn all there is to 3D modeling and stuff, after which point I will be the only Sonic fan left standing. Muha. Also, your Scourge looks lovely, but there is just no way I can get myself to part from KTH's despite the fact that it doesn't work with the current PM. Kudos nonetheless.

Smash 3 Sonic looks miles better than Brawl Sonic. Only issue is his mouth doesn't move depending on where he's facing like in Smash 4.

In all seriousness though, Smash 3 Sonic, if I recall, is based on Sonic Generations, otherwise known as the best (at the very least 3D) Sonic game, so I don't see any problems there.

A matter of taste, it seems. I'm all about proportions and visible fur lines.

Adventures 1 and 2 kicked a whole lot of @$$ in terms of 3D, but S3K remains my kingpin of the series. Gens was just a copy-paste of the Unleashed goodness that managed to ruin my Genesis nostalgia with horrible Classic Sonic gameplay. It was also too short and killed Shadow's voice, but that's what mods are for. Anyway, if someone managed to rip everything that Gens Sonic has and throw it onto Brawl Sonic, that'd be whey psst kewl.

The biker outfit
Are you calling it the biker outfit for any specific reason? Swag outfit of the MLG 4dayz seems more fitting as it was a real pain to unlock. (last room of Crazy Gadget)

If I recall, the Waluigi PSA update will still be over pit: so the old model will still work. But with a little elbow grease, someone can make it as good as the new model.

I suppose that's true (and it is still over Pit, you're right), but why bother when the new model is a better template to begin with? The old model will still look sorta primitive in comparison, even if the textures are way better with the 3C treatment.
