I. Intro
Welcome to the smashboards home of Penn State's Brawl and Melee community, as well as near-by areas! This thread gives you all the information you need to find players on campus and in the central pa area surrounding State College.





II.Weeklies/biweeklies information
Weeklies/Bi-weeklies will be held in State College starting in the Fall Semester. Stay tuned, as this will be updated as the semester gets closer!






III.Other News
Mlg DC has been announced Oct.15th-17th! This is only 4 hours away from PSU. If your done with class by 11:15am that day, and are interested in going, talk to Mav.

V. Local Rankings
Starting in the fall semester, there will be local power rankings for the PSU/central PA area. These will not have as much significance than the Offical PA Power Rankings. It is still being debated how these will be determined, but these will likely only be based on weeklies/bi-weeklies results. A point system is looking like the best option. Top 5 in Brawl and melee will be ranked. More details once the semester starts.

My tournies were legit don't hate I'd like to see you get Cactuar to show up I'll come up when I'm free...

Edit: Mav remember back to your first Brawl frat tourney that MK/ness player well he wasn't at PSU last year but will be back next yr living across hall from where I lived. Gonna team with him at events if I don't bring guests with me...

it's not only for psu, we'll be hosting tournaments/smashfests for whoever wants to enter... we'd like it if you tell us in advance when you plan to come up b/c we don't know you, but everyone is welcome ^_^
