not really bubble because his 20th anninversary site is still counting down to December 17th, his REAL anniversary. Plus, when asked about mega man in brawl Capcom, or someone at capcom, said "no comment" which is equivalent to Sega sayin "its not in the cards at the moment."
it all realy depends on what sakurai(and capcom)want. for all we know, we may get all of the megaman forms as alts of one another, but it is extremely unlikely, and ZX is one of the possible, heck, all the forms are possible, we just have to wait and see.
Doubt it, unless sakurai wants to add a character from a dead series in brawl lol XD
but we already know what sakurai wants. he wants classic. thats the one he put on the poll. Not X, ZX, Zero, .EXE, or Starforce.
now remember, we dont know that all the submitions were just for classic, sakurai just picked what piqued his interest the most. so dont say it was all for classic, he just found those posts the most interesting. so yes all the versions are possible also, sakurai did say he didnt want to just pick the characters who were popular, he said that would make the game drab.
Yeah, but if the most popular and the first one/most classic one are the same, I'm pretty **** sure he'd pick that one.
really, thats anyones guess, because we only got the numbers of votes that were shown on the sticked page of sakurai's polls. but out of the large amount there were we got to expect at least one...
Error, give it up. You just defeated your own argument. You said he just picked the character that sparked his interest the most, and that was the original mega man. Regardless if other versions were suggested, he only mentioned the classic. Meaning he only cares about classic. I love X equally, but i know classic has about a 99% chance while X has about 1% and the rest have 0%.
what makes you think the forms of megaman have to compete for a spot? so far, alot of the megaman forms have the same qualities and size, they can easily be alts of each other(but I dont see more than two forms in at once). sure the classic forms piqued his interest, he loves retro! but that doesnt mean he ignored all the others. I know that classic has the best chances to be in brawl, I never said X has more of a chance, so please stop shoving that out here! and we dont know the exact statistics for chance, I am sure that classics chances dont out size the others by such a exagerated margine, but I know classics chaces are better by a quite a bit.
That was mentioned earlier. RPM is a good site, but Turian is a ****ing ******. Take it with a grain of salt for now.

They have yet to show any indications of alternate costumes in the sense that you're talking about. All the costume changes shown have been simple recolors. And even if by some miracle they have completely different character models just for a costume change, then the attacks will still be the same, otherwise they might as well add the other forms as new characters. Most likely, there wont be alternate costumes. Especially if the demo is any indication
well i keep shovin it out there because people keep sayin rediculous stuff like ZX should be in brawl (no offense bk, i understand your reasoning). and then you said he may be considering other forms, when clearly he is not.
exploring all possibilities is what this thread is about, if you dont like the fact we want to consider the other forms, start a classic megaman only thread. this is to consider all of them, not only classic.
logic indicates that alt costumes for each form of mega man will not happen. Why go through so much effort making these detailed character models for characters who aren't that great to begin with? With the exception of X, the other characters arent even that well known.

well like BB22 said, the real anniversary or whatever isnt umtil december 17. so we still got then or any other day.stupid ICs, and their lame final smash.

im not religiously against anything non classic. im against anything non classic and non X. If you were older than like 16 you'd understand, but i guarantee you're to young or else you would not be arguing with me.
I talk about them as mental preperation, its better to be ready to hear its ZX than not. a goomba is a different story. we are talking about which form of a character will get in (if the forms compete) and what helps or reduces thier chances.(besides goomba is already deconfirmed as a SSE enemy, and you are compareing main characters to the most basic of enemies)
its these lousy updates, we are all on edge because of this...

Seriously, if it were either of those three iterations, it just wouldn't be worth having "Mega Man" in Brawl...

And he would be a Samus clone.
Samus's suit is based on super metroid and zero mission actually. And Ike's look is based on his younger PoR look, Snake is based of MGS2, pokemon trainer is based on firered/leafgreen, and sonic (moveset-wise) is based on his old-school games.
Oh yea. Let's also not forget that Rockman isn't a brawler, & that if he's included he'll be just like he was in MvC & MvC2.
then you stop being a weeabo, and wait for the american version of brawl like everyone else, instead of importing it! >:U
