I took the liberty of doing this in all the spare time I have. Also It's not 100% complete because it's missing Ralph Cecil who I'm assuming wants to participate. Also note there are two results labeled as missing. I never found them in this thread but I know those two were at said tournaments. This is my gift to the panelists. o3o

I'm not a panelist though and I'm trying not to overstep boundaries. Stuff like when the season ends needs to be decided. I'd love to do more work though since I still have so much spare time. If I'm called upon for more I'll do more.
