I don't think it's true either, though it is certainly possible considering that 1 billion gold atoms is not nearly enough to be felt or detected reliably.
In fact, a billion atoms of gold only weighs 0.00000000000032708 grams. Which, you can tell, is not a lot.

Judaism is a religion, being Jewish however is cultural. It is not like Christian or Muslim or Buddhist where you are one or you're not, a Jewish person is someone who is descended from Jews (whether they are religiously Jewish or not).
