I always thought Blooper just made little squeels and water splashing noises, at least he did in Mario Party 8...nothing like shaking the Wiimote to bother your friends with Blooper's cries XD

I won't read this thread to see if someone said this already but someone posted Toad WASNT in Mario party 8.
WRONG!!!
He's been in since party 5 or 6!
As for blooper, he would be cool, unique, strong, but chanceless.
If Blooper would be in brawl, (which he wont) then I would jump right off my chair from happiness!
But if Toad would be in, I would not only jump right off my chair from happiness, but scream "YEEEEESSS!!!" so loud the whole palace wwould hear me and the police would come see whats going on. I tell them Toad was in brawl and they arrest me from saying impossible things=crazy
