There is no top Link. They're all great. Deva, Izaw, Legan, Arkive, Blubba, and the entire Link community.

Pretty much what Straked said. Deva, Legan, Arkive, Izaw, and Blubba are really good.

The Link Tier list says Deva is the best though, but that thing is for fun and anyone who is top five is pretty darn good. In my opinion all these players are the best, I can't really see one as the best...except maybe Deva and Legan as the better ones.
