My favorite manga would have to be One Piece, Negima, Hayate no Gotoku and Fullmetal Alchemist.
Out of the magazines, I probably read Weekly Shounen Jump the most.

Not as much as I used to, I'm more into American comics these days as a opposed to Japanese ones. Anyway, some series that I liked:

D. Gray-Man
Black Cat
One Piece
Yu-Gi-Oh (seriously)
Rave Master
Dragonball (Z too)

That's just off the top of my head.

Something that I read recently was Bradherley's Coach by Samura, Hiroaki
not for the weak of heart.
The robot series is also great though I have only read the first one...
I'm also fond of Monster, Loveless and *coughKamichamaKairncough*

I just caught up with high school of the dead and i think its pretty good.
it has alot of fan serves. But other than that its pretty enjoyable. (Not that i got a problem with it)
