Just out of pure curiosity, how do all of you other Kirby mainers approach?

What do you find to be the most effective way.

Depending on who I'm playing, and if I know them or not, I'll use final cutter, as it's reliable against most of my friends since I know it'll get me a step closer to a point were I can SH over to them or dash and grab them, this also being part of the approach of course.

It depends on their character and what they're doing. Against a slower character with no/slow/short range projectile, I might use some Final Cutters.

Against a spammer, I'll probably have to approach in the air, and do a fair/bair/nair/dair or land to their side and try a grab or attack.

Against Meta Knight I do a little of both >_> but not too many Final Cutters since he can powershield it, and still have time to run up and punish your landing lag because he's fast. And because Final Cutter's landing lag is huge.

Many Kirby mains approach from the skys due to his five mid air jumps. If you meet someone with a good range of attacks, then you have no choice but to hit the skys, but if their close up type of fighters, then I would use grabs or tilts would be most helpful.

I like to either use his final cutter or a grab
The final cutter is good because it's somewhat of a projectile and it makes them stop their attacks
The grab is goodbecause you can do down throw-up tilt-nair or forward throw-side b

Depends on who it is, but I like to run until I'm either halfway across the stage, or halfway across the part of the stage that's out of their range, then foxtrot, foxtrot to neutral (same as when you would pivot, only without the pivot), SHAD backwards, then it kind of depends how they reacted to it.

Depends on who I'm facing and what I feel like doing though.

I'm pretty sure SH FF Nair works fairly well due to it canceling when you touch the ground. But I tend to agree with the others, it all depends.
