I found a type of smash boost with Luigi, but with no dash attack. Dash and charge up smash some frames after. I believe it's because Luigi has an extremely low traction.

you can also slide with the dsmash and fsmash, walk then down or side on the cstick + Z. Hold.. anbd thre you go!
