Brawl pretty much had a bunch of trophy cameos for different franchises as well, so it's probably no big surprise that the Wonderful 101 would end up in the trophy cameo department itself.

But I guess there's also the thought that Sakurai just doesn't want any Captain Falcon wannabes roaming around.

It's disappointing that some still think Wonder Red's 3rd Party...he's owned by Nintendo, people. It's literally the same situation as Saki (who's publisher, Treasure, is a 3rd Party company, but the Sin and Punishment IP is owned by Nintendo).

I'm puzzled because ever since Melee, every character had a trophy stand underneath them regardless of wether it was a Character or AT.

I was never honestly interested in Wonder Red, but if he's truly non-playable, then my simpathy for his fans.

I love me some third party representation.

The semantics may vary, but if the majority confuse where it lies, then it may as well be middle ground and a little of both. First party IP, third party company, fuses to become... second party! Like this new Smash Bros game, actually...

Now, I'd like to see Nintendo venture out and put in some more third party (company) representation... more than just Namco Bandai.

I'm not sure, should she be an honorable mention or be given a normal disconfirmation and a tombstone?

Maybe if the other two Captains get disconfirmed they can all share a tombstone later on, just a little idea if the others get disconfirmed as well. (which I think they most likely will)
