The good, bad of 2007!?

Good: Dual core, women, passing finals. Cheers!

Bad: Vista (Long horn must perish!), War, Giving life to kids for beating up a kid hanging noose on public school propety, and, botched up job by Civil Rights leaders part NOT forcing obviously bogus charges to be dropped period; Still, Kid will serve 18 months.

New Years resolution: Watch more Linktv, buy more videogames, get in shape, learn to twist cherries stem into knots. (heh!)

Good: GH3, learning about the mystery method, getting better at smash, LIFTING WEIGHTS FTW.

Bad: VISTA (I HATE VISTA, its so buggy and eats up my video card), AP Bio, getting internships at NIH, VISTA, fear of staph infections.

Resolution: play more smash, lift more, make out with girl(s).

Good: Finally was able to run a 6:20 mile. Track ftw. Got into all advanced classes and doing 90+. Nerds ftw.

Bad: I could be playing Brawl right now if it weren't for the delay. =(

Good: Finally getting in an actually-active band, lost weight, won scholarship money in bowling tournament, and I became one of the other 7 on the school rifle team.

Bad: Ended relationship, Brawl was delayed, crashed my mum's car, and my cousin went to Iraq.

New Years Resolution: Start saving money for a plane ticket, move up in my job.

good... real madrid won 2006-2007 liga, real madrid is leading the 2007-2008 liga and tomorrow we are gonna get more distance from the second place (H), last school year, got a car, girls, parties, etc + too much more stuff to name

bad... 3rd, 4th and 5th sprain, all from playng soccer, my 5th sprain wont let me play soccer till around march + i had an appointment at a try out i had to miss because of a sprain on november 24 (one of the worst things that have ever happened to me), brawl got delayed lol + too much more stuff to name

A lot of amazing music was released this year.
And a lot of mediocre music by bands that I love enough I can overlook the fact.

I had a wicked time becoming nastalgic for Pokemon, playing it to death, and then getting bored of it again and handing it off to my nephew as a Christmas gift

I've learned to juggle insulting The Man and working for The Man at the same time. It's a sort of game: I just have to keep an eye out for managers while I'm informing our customers about the Evils of consumerism

Wrote and read more this year than any year before it ever. Not all of it was good, but hey
Had a glorious 2-day-long relationship. Women are nothing but trouble

Nothing horrible nor wonderful happened World Events wise this year. Yay stagnation!

Good: got laid for the first time, still in a relationship with my gf, bought a laptop for school. Got into Media Design school (GFX scool) discovered Smashboards was also fun when ectually POSTING on it, Discovered wikipedia, Went from total scrub to avarage, got into a cool class (school)....wich is actually the first time ever that no one has been making my school life hell, made some people in my class addicted to smash. started playing SSB64. Got in shape.

Bad: aunt killed herself, the aunt of my mom killed herself, neice ALMOST killed herself <__<;

Good: At least tripled my skill in Smash, Assassin's Creed, 2nd Place National Medal in Martial Arts, Nearing end of 1st semester and getting all A's and B's, Placing in semi-finals of GNT4 doubles tournament at a local anime convention, (some) success with women (FINALLY)

Bad: Brawl Delay, Kane and Lynch being a disappointment, Sonic in Brawl, VISTA (must kill Bill Gates!!!), My favorite shows (24, Heroes, Bones, and House) delayed because of the writer's strike (although I support them 100%!!!), people caring about Britney Spears for some god awful reason, Ryan Seacrest still being alive (this is always a reason to be full of sorrow)

Resolution: Place in a Smash Tournament (Melee or Brawl, don't really care), get Brawl at midnight release, finish my independent web comic, finally exact my plan to murder Ryan Seacrest.

Congrats. All I am saying is the strike is doing nothing but making Hollywood go broke. They are just going to raise DVD prices and movie ticket prices even higher and people will eventually STOP going to the movie or buying DVDs and just download them free online. Plus, I am against unions anyway.

It's quite a big deal, actually. They want more money overall, not just from the internet. They want more back from DVD sales, movie ticket sales, AND internet sales (which is very new, but actually profitable to the people selling it). The studios have no intention of budging because doing so will significantly hurt them as when you raise prices beyond what the market dictates, you affect the economy. If there is no excessive demand for DVDs, how can you really pay writers more and still break even. Same with movie tickets. They are both in such low demand nowadays so studios can't really afford to write off even more percent off their sales to writers.

Also, SNL writers went on strike. Those *******s should be glad they aren't lynched weekly for the tripe they write.

Seems odd because I thought Jon Stewart was apart of the Writer's guild, but they have every right to scab. If a strike interrupts their business, and thus money, they have every right to hire people who WILL do the job.
