Well, if they're going to hold unfalsifiable claims (all evidence is fake,) then they're just like Christians, and I feel the same way towards them as most of you guys probably do.

Actually, this sort of idea has been around for a long time. The belief that the earth was flat was pretty much universal until 4th century BC. When the Middle Ages came around, most people (or at least in Europe) had faith in the sphere model similar to today, but there are still quite a few people who have alternate theories like this. Weird, huh?
