Well, hello there. I see that TailzWolf has kept this thread in fine shape during my prolonged absence. I can't believe that I made this thread four years ago, and it makes me think a bit about how much has changed between now and then. I won't blabber about my personal life but I will say that I'm a much happier person now and seeing this thread again made me think about how much I've neglected it. It's been nearly 2 years since I last posted here, and it wasn't even in this thread. I'm sorry if anyone felt like this was a dead thread, and by all means it should have been with my absence. Thanks to Tailz and others who picked up everyone's requests, however, it survived. So, I believe I should make up for my absence by handling anyone's request that hasn't been fulfilled since I left. I owe you guys way more than this, but it's the least I can do. In short, thank you guys for continuing to keep this going and to all the faithful BRSTMers who took care of them for me while I was gone. I can't promise that I'll be here forever, but I can at least say that you'll be seeing darksamus77 a lot more around this forum for a little while

So, if your request was missed in any way, shape, or form, repost and I'll knock 'em all out. Depending on how many, it might even be done tonight or in the next couple days (also depends on my Dropbox capacity as I stopped using Mediafire when it deleted my files), but rest assured, you won't be missed again. The question I usually ask for these sort of requests is if you mind clipping the song, which means it might crackle a bit at some parts due to the volume being slightly above max. Normally you hear it with drums but if done right, it's not even that noticeable. If you don't mind this, than I can redo it. I always ask before clipping as sometimes it sounds better quieter than slightly distorted and loud. However, the choice is yours and I will redo if you want me to.

I found the song I wanted on Brawl Custom Music, but the looping point is terrible & I lack the time/skill to fix it.

This is a known bug, and there is a code to fix it. However, I don't remember where I saw this code, but if you search the forum for BRSTM volume fix, that should fix your issue. Melee stages are known to have quieter music, and it's an in-game bug that has nothing to do with your songs. If you put them on a different Brawl stage, they'd sound a lot louder.

Everyone else, I'll work on your requests and hopefully have them done before Thursday, as I'll be gone for a week after that. If I can't for some reason, I'll let you know.

relaxedexcorcist I tried making it louder but my old method of equalization clips songs horribly with the new Audacity :/ until I find a new way to make songs slightly louder without clipping, I'll have to put yours on hold for the time being. whoever the guys who run this thread really use up a good amount of time just looping out songs and converting them to brstm

i think it wud be helpful for people to learn how to do this
