For example, in Project M 3.0, I set Corpse Voyage to D05, play on Norfair, and a few minutes in, I start hearing a static-filled version of the song I set for B04 (a song set on Kongo Jungle).

This happened with Corpse Voyage and Reiou, and haven't had this issue with any other songs previously. Anyone have any ideas on what the problem is or how to fix it?

This happens to me too with some of the brstms I use.
If your SD card contains too much stuff, then for some reason instead of telling you there's not enough room, the file just gets corrupted. I deleted a few extra files and now the songs are working as good as new! Try doing that and see if it works.

That or defragment the sd card.
If you do not wish to do that, simply put your sd card into your computer, drag all of the files off of it, and them put them all back at the same time.
