And Edmund didn't chicken out. He said he wasn't going to go from the start. He just wanted to MM you later.
And GG everyone. Time to rest my body is so sore I can't even hold an empty cup without shaking my arm a lot.

And Victa man. I can't believe you went halfway then went home. You went to Nick's house and didnt get a ride then went home.

I thought Victa was busing it to John's place, it was too bad he couldn't make it. Smashfest was very cool, had a great time and got a lot of matches played!

Tiep - huge thanks for the drive there and home man, HUGE THANKS. We had some nice matches (low tier and high) and they were really fun. Your too good man.

Ryan - Nice job today Ryan, Fox ditto then Fox vs Marth was fun. Teams was great too, we switched through like 8 different character combos just to beat your bro and Eric.

Eric - Thanks for destroying me lol, it actually helps because I can train with Falco now. Thanks for the matches.

John - Nice job today, you said you were a bit sore and I could tell with some off timing in some parts. Thanks a bunch for the smashfest.

Adam - Nice job today. You really got to play like everyone there, you won some good MMs dude, excellent.

Wilfred - lol you said it, you said you would stop me from winning and you really destroyed me then. Your Peach has gotten much much much better, it was fun versing it.

Jeff- Good Falco man, keep it up!

Roby - Saw your Fox, its not bad, but I think add more grabs in your game.

Rushan - Good Y.Link!

WOW, I treated this like a tournament, but I don't care because I haven't done shoutouts for a while! Nice job to everyone again, can't wait to play everyone again.

Hmmm. I wonder Troy, did you get Wilfred's pic or anything?
And GJ today Troy you acually surprised me today cause I thought you were going to be rusty and you pulled out that falco in the very first match. I wasn't expecting to face a falco similar to Nick's or Eric's and that Pikachu and Yoshi were awsome. Had really nice combo's.

Nick - All I have to say is... When it's best of 3 it has to be 3 matches not 4... I mean how can the first match not count? Because I won?!? LoL And when the set is over theres not going to be like 4 more sets after the first set. We had like 6 Best of 3 sets in a row lol.
And my Fox > Your Fox but, Your Falco > my Falco. My Marth=Your Marth.

Wow I'm kinda glad I didn't MM today because a lot of my friend's keeping asking for some vid of me playing and I don't have any vid of my matches recorded. So I don't have to show them. :chuckle:

I'll get vids of everyone next time! I was a little too excited to get to play everyone again, so I was a little too busy.

...and yes John, I snuck some footage of Wilfred without his permission. I will use that for sure, the quality isn't that great but it is there! Now only VICTA IS LEFT!

EDIT: Oh yea, the second time around I wasn't too rusty because of some practice. The first match we had at the beginning of the day was just weird, I never got off to that kind of start ever.

I'm not going to have a computer for about 2 weeks because i'm giving this one back to my friend tomorro and I have to now look for that motherboard I don't want to buy but must.
So I can only check my emails while at school. Also that means I won't be posting for awhile unless I slack off during animation class. :laugh:

Matches are being done right now. Sacrificing some homework to do them but whatever, I need a break either way.

Victa - No reason as to why, oh well whatever, it was nice getting to meet you and smashing with your unique style and incredible timing skills.

Yeah, those were pretty cool money matches, even though Adam finally found out my weakness. All along, man we've had a pretty good time together Smashing, even though I smash with Eric more often, that I've gotten soo used to His Falco now, i'm merely becoming him...almost. Haha, I guess you beat me there, adam. GG. (My Falco > Your Falcon and Gdorf muahaha still)...LUIGI I'm getting hawt with him.

Yeah, Tiep, IT was that LAG that really screwed me over. But near end of the Smashfest I got used to the lag and started to play VERY well against ERic. Sigh, Falco Dittos are effing effed up in the effing but. But Eric, next time, its gonna be Luigi Ditto.

And after watching you vs eric i've found 1 weakness of yours lol and im getting used to how your falco plays.

FINE then i'm just gonna have to change my playing style now. Now that I've used Falco Over and over, its about time i'm changing characters. Watch XD.... Wop wop wop wop wop wop hiya you get the point. Adam probably knows now.

Nick: Falco own's Ganon and Falcon most of the time anyways... but yeah... I'll try working on my falcon even more to give you and the rest of the space animals an alternative CHALLENGE to Sheik. Also... I'm not sure exactly how to describe your weakness but yes I am able to exploit it with Sheik I find. I just do my thing and it just... works... lol. Also Nick I'm not quite sure what u mean by "wop wop wop wop wop hiya" Luigi???

now that we're on the subject of funny noises... does anyone notice how most, if not all, of falco's moves sound pretty ghey? like his hop? and his taunt?! just listen to his sound test...

=D i agree! I play fox JUST because of this. =P and he spins when he jumps, like some kind of ballerina. I'm beginning to question his manlyness.

Just came back from SFU Surrey Open House. They had SSBM, Halo 2, and Soul Calibur III playing =) SSBM was the most popular. I played some matches. But the guys were doing FFA with all stages on random (I played Hyrule Temple for the first time in like a year...). I didn't do too badly, but could have been better. Not a great Y. Link FFAer XD I was pretty distracted too as I kept running off after matches to see presentations (You know, the REAL reason I was there >_>)

Oh, and I saw Michael =O You should know him Tiep. Graduated with you. He came right at the end, wanted to 1v1 him but it was time to go.

It seems there's a Games Club at SFU Surrey and the library has games that you can borrow. It's built over a mall O_o; I'm going to go there next year ^_^
