Thanks! I really spent a lot of time with little mac (1004 battles straight with little mac and an exact 75% win rate on for glory. All of them 1v1) I learned a lot of Mac's techs to break combos, create openings and recover from outside the stage. The trick is a combination of being defensive and offensive. I really believe that you can be offensive with little mac, you just can't take risks carelessly, because that is when little mac leaves himself the most vulnerable for a punish. (grabs, fast attacks, etc)

Okay, You will not believe what just happened:

I was in a "For Glory" 1v1 match against a Pikachu. In my second match with this Pikachu, I go with Little Mac (First Match was with Wee Gee and I won) The match starts and he starts with a neutral B and dashes toward me. I perfect shield the electricity and he dash attacks through my shield. I then down Smash and send him of the stage. The Pikachu goes for a low recovery and uses Up B, but he missed the timing to use the second dash and didn't make it back to the ledge and loses a stock. Then, Out of respect, I double jump then Side B off the stage and kill myself to make the odds even. When I spawned and down taunted to show my respect, I start doing rolls, but the Pikachu is just standing there doing nothing. I stopped dodging after the third roll and faced Pikachu who is still doing nothing. I crouch two times to see if he is still there, no response. I crouch two more times and all of a sudden, the Pikachu just runs off the stage, does a Down B while in the air and kills himself.

From what I can understand, Pikachu was so impressed about the respect, that he decided to just give me the game. (I couldn't save the replay because the inventory was full, which really sucks)

Hope you enjoyed this story, I'm still a bit blown away that it even happened.
