He's one of the best fighting game players in the world, notable for playing basically every 2d fighter out there to some degree (he has excellent fundamentals), and regarded very highly in both UMvC3 and the various SF4s, which are the most popular and competitive 2d fighters at the moment. He is also known to play characters he feels are more suited to him, rather than tier-whoring, and doing exceptionally well with said characters.

you can't just conjure a top 8 like that. it's not an educated guess unless you look at the bracket and see possible outcomes. the way it's laid out, it assumed some serious upsets

example: for jaime and kefit to be 7 and 8, one would have to win their pool, and the other would have to get 2nd in their pool, which is inconsistent with the rest of his opinion

and rofl, this is all assuming the transition from pools to top 8 is like evo's (but **** me if nintendude or staff are actually gonna answer apex questions in time)

That funny. It's exactly what I would say.
Only thing that sets Ruoka apart from other Falcons is that he's cool very reserved with his u-smashes. And because of that I've that caught him doing this - pretty much everyone else does it sometime or another. Boom, Jaime, Bane, Tavo, Sensei, me, King Funk, etc.
