ok so im flucking fed up with wario and his endless multitude of power and airdodging. i cant seem to hit him with anything (Espically projectiles) and when i get close to hitting him with anything he just airdodges away and like bites me or something. so my fellow samus mainers, is this a very unfair matchup or do i just suck? feedback please.

I've never played a really good wario, but I know that his fast auto-cancel aerials will be a pain. Try mixing up your Zair with airdodges. If you zair during an airdodge you'll cancel it into a zair. This can lead to interesting ways of play, and to fool him into airdodging.

Never get to close to him, keep him at Zair's length. When's close use air moves while retreating. Act as if you're playing with a kite =)

Yeah, Wario's air-dodge and spot-dodge are crazy. They're like King Dedede's. You just can't ever seem to hit without getting hit.

Ya, thats pretty much my biggest problem. i cant hit him with ****. he is a small a$$ target thats invincible half the time.

You should watch you language and not dodge censors. They are there for a reason.

Use Zair to keep him at a range. Use your projectiles to force him to advance. Watch out for his quick aerials speed. If you miss a zair he will easy punish it. So try to camp more against him and when he is close play very defensivly. Dont attack enless you know that attack will land when he is close. So you should only attack as a way to punish him and keep projectiles coming.

I can dodge censors faster than Wario can dodge with that fat ass of his.

Stages that have platforms can help you out. Attacks like u-air and f-air have consecutive hits, so even if he dodges, he'll get hit eventually. Just pressure Wario, because he can't dodge every attack.
