teleport glitch?

Hi, two friends of mine were playing a match on final destination. One was fox, the other was dr. mario. Fox hit A to get up off the edge, and dr. mario hit him with his cape as he came up. Fox suddenly appeared at the other side of the stage. Is this a known glitch? also, we tried with other characters, but they didn't work.

That is very strange. I've never heard of that one before. Has your copy of Smash done things like this before? Because it could be a problem with your disc. Maybe.

Or it could be just some random glitch.

Anyway, yeah, it's already been known. If I recall correctly, something similar happens with Falco and Sheik(Sheik when using her teleport), but don't quote me for this.

This is a known glitch. use cape by doc or mario and cape falco or fox's edge attack

yea this has happened to me once when using sheik's teleport. i was so confused, lol

Do it on the Yoshi stage with the spinning blocks, over the center pit. Have fox climb from the right edge of the pit and cape. Insta-kill :D

yup, happened here to, my mario friend is obssesed with that freaking cape!
